In a move branded ‘bold’ in some quarters and ‘sheer madness’ in others, the troubled commercial broadcaster ITV has confirmed it will make a new reality show based on the world’s oldest profession.
Celebrity Prostitute will follow eight apparently famous people and chart their success as sex workers, with the winner receiving a host of product endorsement contracts and a full catalogue of other STD tests.
‘We know this might appear to be a brazen attempt to grab ratings,’ began chief executive Adam Crozier, ‘but…er.’
